Vevor Chamber Vacuum Packing Machine DZ-260C $379.99 Delivered @ Banresto via eBay

80

Great deal on this popular chamber vacuum sealer. Seems to be cheaper than the official vevor australia website. I made them an offer for $370 that was not accepted (ymmv) so was happy to buy for $379.99. Ordered Saturday, arrived today. This machine has great reviews online, and my first impressions are very positive. At the time of posting, there were 10 units left.

What sort of bags this machine use ? Wouldn't be those we buy normally for like Breville and Inkbird I suppose. How expensive are the bags ? If the consumables are way more expensive then probably not a good solution for everyday household use.

I have the 260s version - I think it's smaller than this one in terms of weight and bag width.

The provided bags are the ones that are clear and sealed on three sides. They feel a bit thicker/nicer than the ones that come in a roll.

You can also use the standard ones that are cut to size from a roll; I've been using these fine (left over from my old non-chamber vacuum sealer .

So price should be the same for the bags. But you can also now seal mason jars.

And then other, commercial packets (like open chip packets), mylar bags based off YouTube videos.

      • Where can I get those bags in bulk do you know ? Would like to know the costs to justify buying this.

They're quite common: FB marketplace, Amazon, aliexpress, eBay, online speciality bbq/cooking stores. I've only ordered online and haven't looked in physical stores.

I get mine usually from Aliexpress. Have a look at nisbets online. They have some great specials at the moment. https://www.nisbets.com.au/vogue-chamber-vacuum-pack-bags-20…

The opposite, chamber sealers use extremely inexpensive plain bags that don't require the channels of a more traditional home sealer.

I've never bought any but here are some bulk bags that someone linked in a previous vac sealer deal - https://vacuumpackagingwarehouse.com.au/collections/vacuum-s…
