Seems like a good price for the 18V Makita SDS hammer drill, which comes with the quick change steel chuck for standard bits. Local places have this for ~$500, and the DHR242Z which I think is the same drill without the extra chuck for ~$430.
The Camels say Amazon AU had this slightly cheaper on one occasion earlier this year but other than that this looks like a good deal if you don't mind missing out on the local warranty support.
Note the downside is this won't be eligible for local Makita warranty support or extended warranty registration.
