      SGD vs AUD. At the moment, $100 AUD = 87.9 SGD as per Wise rate (without fees). If you go out of airport, you would expect to be paying for transport, food, and drinks. That would make you out of pocket around maybe ~$100 or more.
      
      It is a different story if you have lounge access though but I cannot fathom sitting in lounge for 12 hours…

    The airport has a hawker food court now which is 1/3 of the price compared to Australia, great food too.

      The serving sizes are also pretty piss weak if you are used to Australian sizes. I have no problems eating three bowls of minced pork noodles over there.

      Loved this place was super cheap in comparison, we got two meals and they were average/standard. I dont think that were that small as t25 advises.

If anyone interested - this year cherry blossoms started around mid march. I am guessing it is safe to go around end of 3rd of week of march till about mid april for cherry blossoms.

  All of March is pretty busy already as the Japanese have holidays and are already travelling. We were there from 9th March onwards this year and whilst crowds increased as the month went on it was still busy at the beginning.

    First time skier here and we chose Niseko. Great family runs, beautiful snow and plenty of Aussie expats so language barrier is no issue. Recommend gosnow ski school for lessons - they were fantastic for adults and kids.

I know people got deep venous thrombosis lately after flying Singapore airlines because they don't let passengers get up and walk around because of the recent turbulence incident. Is that still the case?
