Not sure how long they are free for, might be permanent, but MobileRSS Pro and MobileRSS HD are now free.

They are not as good as Reeder in my opinion but are alright.

  I used to use this, but it didn't work well for me after a while. Apps haven't been updated since I think last year either. I've now switched to Newsify.
