  Don’t forget the additional flexible spout which is also on clearance, it’s required if wanting to use the funnel with most cars.

    Bush pilots that fill from jerry cans. One of my relatives was a bush pilot in Alaska and Canada and has some awesome stories, and he didn’t even do crazy stuff.

    Why wouldn't you?
    It's much smarter than not filtering it.

    AvGas tanks are typically low-turnover, and while the lead might make it very stable, it doesn't stop the 'half empty' section of the 70yo tank slowly flaking into the fuel.
    You tend to collect a decent amount of sediment filling your jerry from the main AvGas tank.

    Even a simple farming UAV is far from cheap.
