  If anyone has had Muscle Chef, how do you personally find Muscle Diet in comparison? (If you've had any similar meals of both)

    Can only compare to Youfoodz. Better macros but doesn't taste as nice.

      is macros better now? I had them last month and they were the worst from the companies I rotate through. I got mine half frozen and if I wanted frozen I'd go corepowerfoods, they are less watery

    Muscle Diet is slightly better to my taste, BUT their weight and macros are way off. some of 400g packs weigh 320g, and protein weight is half of what is stated on poorly printed label. Yes it's probably still cheaper than MD if you measure $/kg, but you get mostly carbs.

      Agreed on sizing. They don't seem as filling as Youfoodz.

  Cheap food, and some of the dishes are pretty tasty, but this business does not provide ANY customer service. One of my orders one time contained a few different meals than I ordered, and without a note or anything I wondered if there was an error, or perhaps this is what they do if something is out of stock.

  I used the contact form on the website to check. No response.

  I followed up with a direct email. No response.

  Oh well I thought it's still good value. Until one order I got a Greek Style Meatballs with Risoni (nice taste btw) which had a cutting of hard plastic in one of the meatballs. Like part of a small-ish plastic tube, cut at an angle.

  I contacted them again via both methods. No response.

  It was a one off, and hey it's pretty tasty.

  A few more orders later having loved the Greek Style Meatballs with Risoni, I ordered more. And then, yep the exact same thing happened. A small angled cut from a tube like plastic thing. I emailed again with photos.. No response…
