    Anyone feel that these cheapies are as accurate as the 'under the arm' versions?

      I have a thermal camera. It shows you an image with temperatures shown by colours, with precise readings to 0.1 degree accuracy at various points in the image. It turned out not to be as useful as I expected for detecting people with above normal body temperature because of possible infections because your open air skin temperature of your forehead when you've just come inside on a cold day is well below your core temperature.

      During the COVID whatever-it-was I saw businesses setting up thermal cameras aimed at customers coming in to detect people who might have a case of it, and frankly I can't see how it could have worked.

      A device like this is going to give you a reading, and it might well be an accurate reading, but I wonder if it gives a useful reading compared to something inserted in a bodily orifice.

    Last time I ordered from these guys they cancelled the order a couple of days later because they'd oversold and didn't have enough stock.

      I ordered 2 of the dog beds they advertised on here last week. Then promptly forgot I'd ordered them, until they arrived yesterday.
      TBH, they are pretty decent, and massive, a lot bigger than I'd expected.

    When it comes to your health just buy a trusted proven product..
    We have a Braun at home, yes its close to $100 but its extremely accurate to what medical people use.
