I needed a cheapy for the kids, it has great reviews, price matched it at the good guys to take advantage of the 2 x $20 store credits otherwise would have purchased from appliances online. Going to pick it up soon and see if I can also use the targeted $30 sms offer.

But do you save 22% when you buy that $269 TV from Aldi with 3 year warranty? When you buy the $352 TV from this deal you save 22%, a real $97! I did the maths: $97 > 0 so it's definitely the best deal ever. Better than that are those fake half-price deals from Colesworth.
Paid $299 for this in June. Good value considering you get 3 year warranty too.
We have one too, interface is reasonably smooth & snappy, for a low end TV it does really well.
Not much thought is put into how laggy cheap TVs can be when buying. I work with them daily and underpowered ones do my head in and ruins any perceived 'bargain' the price may imply.
If you buy super cheap add a HD Chromecast.
I purchased mine to use occasionally in the spare room. I watched the olympic soccer via Stan last night and was happy with both the picture and sound.
I got one of these for a family member at the weekend, it was $360 at JB, HN, GG. Not sure how often it goes on sale.
