I almost bit the bullet on the Bose Deal, but was turned off by the lack of HDMI Arc. Like the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II, this is a 2 channel soundbar. Unlike the Bose, it DOES have HDMI Arc. I couldn't find heaps of review, but found a few on JB HiFi that averaged out on 3.9 stars with some really positive reviews for the price point.

I got a price match on the $124 in store so I could also use my $30 Winter Bonus SMS and the $20 of StoreCash I had - bringing my total cost for this down to $74.

I thought this was a great price for a cheap soundbar that will fit in my space well and had HDMI Arc. I appreciate the brand is not as appealing as Bose, but for what I needed it was perfect.

      Sorry, I may have worded my description poorly. The Bose deal doesn't have HDMI Arc, but this JBL Soundbar DOES have HDMI Arc.

      They got me to set up a good guys card in my android google wallet. Then when I have money it shows there and I just scan the barcode.

        I have the good guys card in my apple wallet as well. If I buy something online, how do I register the purchase against my StoreCash to earn point? There is no reference number or any of that sort to link it to my tgg online account or purchase.

          Ah, I understand your question now. Sorry, I've never used it online - only ever in-store. I went to the store and bought the sound bar, that's how I used my store cash.

      Just checking you read my description? I went for this because it has HDMI Arc and the Bose didn't. I'm not an audiophile so can't comment well on quality, but at this price point, I tend to not worry too much about audiophile descriptions either. So long as it's not "trash".

    oh good price. We got the Yamaha one that was posted here a while ago. This looks better, but we wanted a white coloured one so the Yamaha it is.

    Thanks OP, bought one. Shame only 2 gift cards can be applied on TGG, prefer JB which has almost unlimited GCs.

      If you go instore you can apply as many as you want. That being said once they 'lost' my payment method in store and had to wait 30 minutes as the staff one-by-one reconciled the payments…

    I'm going to bite the bullet and get this too since I also have $20 storecash and the $30 Winter Bonus - thank you for the suggestion. I normally just use my $20 storecash on a usb flash drive or cleaning chemicals

    If anyone is still waiting to buy, the salesperson at the checkout knocked the price down to $110 with no attempt from me - so with the $30 Winter Bonus and $20 storecash it only cost me $60 out of pocket, which seems like a massive bargain. Happy to upload my receipt from Good Guys MacGregor (QLD) if anyone would find it handy.

      Can only use the Winter SMS in store - not online. And that's better than the 12% off unfortunately. If you check out the comments above, I got it price matched in store for $124, but someone else seems to have gotten it for $110 in store. So maybe go chat to your store and see if you can sweet talk them down :)
