Sandals? These are thongs. I've never paid more than $10 for a pair of thongs. How are these a bargain?
I have to wear orthotics and was told to never wear thongs. I have a couple of pairs of these and can wear them for hours without my feet hurting.
This is a good price for this brand. If you need the support for your feet I recommend giving these a go. At the very least, try them on in a store somewhere to see if they suit you. Quite a few different stores (not just Mountain Designs) stock these.

We bought some a few months ago because we were tired of the lack of support and the flimsiness of other thongs. And this is the brand that Jason Kelce, formerly of the Philadelphia Eagles, swears by, so we thought we'd give it a go.
We love them. They're really comfortable and don't hurt our feet when wearing them for a long time. Plus the Ohana sandals feel secure when you're walking with them on the beach and they get wet. The other cheapie ones are too slippery.
Bugger, I'm too slow. Only Size 14 left now. These thongs are the best. Have great arch support. I have a couple of pairs of these and they are the most comfortable thongs I have ever worn.
Whats the grip like for these thongs?
