    They dont. All the slim tips dont have laser etching tips

  For most people I would recommend Phillips over Pozidrive set. Pozidrive screws are not as common in Australia, and you can use a Phillips screwdriver on a pozidrive screw with a bit of care. But you can't really use pozidrive screwdriver on a Phillips screw.
