Insanely good deal for a pellet smoker not sure what the reviews are but having recently bought the navigator 1150 i have never had a better steak.

LOL navigator 1150 @ $900. You must really love steak.
Have you tried finding a good restaurant with good steak, I haven’t found one that does it better than I cook at home. And I’ve paid as much as $70 just for the steak. What I really want to eat is beef short ribs, I’ve found places that do this well.
Try pork belly, it's amazing. But then everything is in a smoker

NZ Steak from the supermarket was close to some of the best steak I’ve had.
Green Grass fed is in a different class, grain fed is for the masses. It’s not grass fed unless the fat is bright yellow to orange, don’t believe the packaging. The grass tannins get deposited in the fat and add a whole different flavour profile.
Firedoor has good steak, use to be better

Actually just bought a microwaveable skillet but haven’t used it yet. Carnivore diet etc.
Comment sounds like a dis, not sure what the basis for your criticism is as it wasn’t explained (I will leave the phycological assessment to others), however I can truely say the steak sliced thinly 2 nights later warmed in the microwave was the best sandwich I have ever had as well.

Yes definitely not full size, perfect for a couple or small family
Just picked mine up today, looking at the stock that's available and how long they have sat on the floors taking up space I'd say they will be clearing at $250 soon.
Logistically it's only for small families and doesn't make as much sense due to its small format vs effort to clean and use compared to larger units
It's $299 now, I've used mine it's worth it at this price. Will consider buying another
