  • 2HDMI for 3840*2160@30Hz

    • +3

      Seems HDMI port 1 4k@60Hz, HDMI port 2 4k@30Hz, DP port 4k@60Hz

Would this support a single 34" 1440p monitor @ 144hz? If not, any recommendation for one that does? Cheers!

    • +2

I got the $34 one with more USB-C ports but identical DP1.4 port. It caps out at 3440x1440@100hz (with a 160hz monitor). 2560x1440 can do 144hz but with a limited 6bit colour depth.

  • Is it just me but the black has this at normal price $28
So this deal/discount is only for the grey one..?

    • +1

black one is a different product 6 in 1

      • Great - I’ve got an existing dock at home so I don’t really need this do I ? Lol

  • +6

Excuse my ignorance, but why would someone buy the other expensive $200-$300 brands if this can do same job?

      Look closely, apple aren’t oranges.

So the differences are … ?

  • Thanks OP

  • Can this be used as a storage expander for firestick?

  • The link takes you to a 6 in 1 dock instead. Has the seller replaced the listing?

    • +2

The seller uses the same listing to list multiple products, and removes them when they are sold out.

It's a bit annoying tbh, because if you link a product it will go to a different one once sold out!

  • Does this allow you to charge the laptop from the hub?

I only have one usbC port and use it for charging, so can I connect my charging cable to the hub and charge the laptop through it?

    • According to the description it has 100w PD charging
