StGeorge Complete Freedom Account has no such requirement.
Took me 5 minutes to set up a free BankSA account. Card took a week to arrive. Sign up or move on 🤷
Not sure how does it work, but clicking your link lead me to a page of ShopBack app listing ShopBack % I can get for different categories, just as jewelry. And a “countinue to all” button below. Didn’t see any place I can buy the gift card
