KFC advertised 9 pieces for $9.99, and I paid for 9, not 8. Let's hold businesses accountable for their claims and ensure they honor at the start their promises.

The best time is maybe during lunch time or before lunch time. Not burnt chicken, correct amount of chicken, new oil in the morning …

It's hard to do when the bag is full of stuff and also the chicken is burning hot. And could dirty your steering wheel. Also could annoy the line of cars behind.
It is the best time to check but not always feasible.You are correct, as that doesn't excuse unfair deals. The fact is indeed any unfair deal weakens trust in business.
