  Thanks OP, placed the ordered when it came back in stock and didn't include the Asgard's Wrath 2 Game. Received the quest 3 today and can confirm that it included the Game.

      Once I had activated my Quest 3 with a new account, I got a notification on the meta app , clicking on the link takes me to the store and I clicked on Get button.
      I might be lucky that I got the Game bundle Meta Quest 3 as there was a sticker on the box that said "Meta Quest 3 128GB - Breakthrough Mixed Reality Headset (Asgard’s Wrath 2 Game Included with Purchase)"

        That makes sense, wonder how do they do that? Record the serial number of each hardware and only give the free games to those devices??

    I contacted them again via email and they asked me for all these details and have not got back to me for a week. Haiyaa.
    Edit: Third time lucky. Contacted them on WhatsApp and it was resolved in 5 mins. Finally got my Asgard Wrath 2.

        In the Meta App, I found their support link and clicked as follow: Orders, returns, delivery and payments. My issue is: I have a gift card or promo code issue. At some point it says Contact Support. Click on it and it shows 3 options: Live Chat, Email and WhatsApp.

        They have changed their App recently so the help categories show up different. But click what you think and eventually when you scroll down and see Contact Support, click that and it should have the 3 options.

  Tried meta support but they can't do anything for the game. Asked Amazon and they offer $50 promo credits for stuff sold by amazon or return. Good enough for me since I could get the game later still.
