Can buy one used from Marketplace? Sorry I am unsure if the disc can be reused by someone else.
It should work, make sure the shiny surface on the disc doesn't have big scratches. If it does have scratches and if the Xbox can detect the game but doesn't install it, use the store to install it and then use the disc while playing.
