Nice find, now just need a deal on a 2011-2016 Merc C/E

Thanks. Sent one as a gift to that dude with the troublesome C43 that he wants a refund on.

Title should read " 2011-2016 Mercedes Car Breaks"

        Great advise

      • Except that the W204 is probably one of the most reliable Mercedes ?

Bought a few sets. Should be considered as a high yield investment

  • Unlike everyone else I actually have a W204. Yet it is out of stock for me :(

      Thoughts and prayers.

      • Because they couldn’t get the rotors or because they have an out of warranty Merc?

        • +1

Because it's $1000+ per service and $5000 if you accidentally break the front light

        • +1

          Both make sense. Cheers

Nah, I have had this issue with repco before. They were never in stock mate. You can’t get them online and they don’t list which stores actually have them, because none actually do.

These are ghost listings for stuff that they no longer have, so sleep easy.

The C180 and E550 share the same brake disc ?
That can't possibly be true - one of them is twice as powerful, and half a ton heavier, than the other 🤷🏼‍♂️

    • Given this is Mercedes, I think "it's complicated" applies. Almost all high end Mercs would be sold with either a AMG or a basic sports package which would include larger brakes.

There might be a base spec that includes these smaller brakes in the rear only with a detuned motor, but Mercedes probably never actually sold any examples.

    I have a W204 but being a C63 these do not fit.

Seriously cheap but not premium quality.

No clearance pricing on indicators. Shame, this is what the average Mercedes driver actually needs.
