I noticed that InstantPot has released a wide version which would be good for chickens, cake pans, bigger chunks of meat. It doesn’t have the height of the 8L.
If I was looking at a new InstantPot I would consider this one.

I got the 8L Instant Pot Duo from amazon that'll fit a chook no worries. Currently $199 with -26% off.

This is more like Pro version. I have a 5L normal and a 8L pro. I would spend the extra money to get the Pro version. The 8L standard has been cheaper than that in the past. The crisp version was $150 from Costco.
