Saw this at Costco Docklands today. Seems to be a pretty good discount on this one.

Just keep in mind that you can only use 2/3 capacity to pressure cook. I was thinking the same when I bought mine but it worked out to be perfect size for our household.
This contraption looks amazing. Can anyone who has used it provide some insights to its multi-use functionality? Namely, I would like to use it as a pressure cooker, steamer and airfryer.
Air fry capacity is smaller than you think
Story of my life
Looks pretty small
I have the pro version of this. The air fryer is a tad small but it works well for a couple of people. If you go into Costco they have a unit on display so you can see the air fryer basket.
Where did you get the pro version from?

Not sure if the price is still available.
@try2bhelpful: Thank you
@Darkii: I do like the pro version. I used to have the Breville fast/slow Pro and I thought the programming was better than the original Instant Pot. The problem with the Fast/Slow Pro was the lid seal was unreliable, I wanted the stainless steel of the Instant Pot and the always attached lid was annoying. I think the Instant Pot Pro is a good combination of both. I do wish the instant pot had the pulse pressure release option like the Fast/Slow Pro. I think the Instant Pot Pro Plus has it but that isn’t in Australia yet.
The pressure cooker is great. Once you configure it you can set and forget. We do a bit of pot in pot for things like porridge; if you let it stand fir ten minutes it comes out creamy. You can also do Yoghurt. We “cook” it for 12 hours and it comes out pretty thick. We bought the glass lid to do that. We’ve also cooked Corned Beef and soups. You start by searing the meat and sautéing the onions then go to pressure cooker in the same pot.
The beauty of Costco is if you don’t like it you can take it back.
I heard the awkwardness of using the air fryer lid attachment makes you reluctant to use it.
It's heavy and when you open it, it's scalding hot and a burn hazard.
Hence I opted for a dedicated basket type air fryer.
We have the Pro version of this and we have no issue with using the lid. We find it makes the fried food crisper than our standalone air fryer. But we did have a low end air fryer.
The air fryer option also had roast, bake and dehydrate functionality.
Same in Marsden Park NSW. Seems to be nation wide.
Same elsewhere in VIC too
Thanks for update.
What is the diff between this and Instapot Duo Crisp?

Nothing, it’s just the Costco exclusive variant. The Costco variant actually provides an extra sealing ring too.
I prefer the stainless steel pots
I’m pretty sure the Costco Instant pot is stainless steel. The Gourmet manual says it is.
@try2bhelpful: Yes Costco version is the exact same as all the others with the stainless steel pot but also with an extra sealing ring. The front face plate is dark compared to light variant.
@Psygnosis: Thanks!
