This deal has been going on all day, some stores will run out of wicked wings and unfortunately need to list it as out of stock.
If you cannot order from your local try another store if you can. Otherwise, my advice is to leave it in your cart and try to order tomorrow.

I placed the order, but app just says something went wrong. And I can see the payment is pending in my bank app, but the order is not showing in KFC app.

Picked up mine earlier, was able to add again just now on a different account, might leave it there to get again tomorrow if it works.
Also I highly recommend trying these with this, makes it kinda like hot honey chicken at Red Rooster.

I was able to add the deal by choosing an Adelaide store, then changing it to dee why, NSW!
It will only work if the store has wicked wings, you'll know this as you can purchase wicked wings from other meals and deals.
No lines in Dee Why either! I also noticed that other stores which had wicked wings sold out completely are now accepted wicked wings in other deals so potentially this solutions will start working in more stores. e.g. As I drove past manly after ordering they had wicked wings available, but before ordering at Dee Why they didnt.

But was given option to replace with 15 hot and crispy pieces. Scored!!!!

Managed to grab an order from the Leppington store without any issue
App wouldn't allow me to order anything a few hours ago - error / jam / overload not sure (even after all wings were marked oos and we'd settled on something/anything else) we ended up with canned soup for dinner. Thanks KFC
Wasn't available at dinner time but appeared in my app just before, had to wait a bit as they were cooking a fresh batch but worth the wait!

My store has blocked all online wicked wing orders
They dont have any WICKED WING but take my order,when I arrived they told me that I have to wait for 15 mins to cook my order,I waited about 10 mins and got my order when I got home I received 15 pieces I dont know what it is but nobone

i waited about 20-25 mins for my largeish order. they did handed a free 1.25L pepsimax for long wait this time. but i got home and realised they forgot me nuggets ..

I also don't understand the neg, hot and crispy is worth more than wicked wings and I would gladly take the swap. It would even be perfect for this user who said wicked wings has too much bones lol

What the hell is going on. I just woke up and i hear they removed to promotion from the app. My friends have been unsuccessful. I was sucessful… twice… despite only being limited to one redemption per customer.
My first order was about 10:30am at Gosford NSW. My second order was about 4pm at Bankstown NSW.
I suspect my kfc glitched out on me, letting me order twice.
Anyways it's a bit dog not to honour your promotions @kfc couldn't they have made it up to you by offering some other chicken instead like 15 original recipe? They've been riding on their wave of goodwill ever since, only a matter of time before they wipe out.For people who left the deal in the cart, it still worked. I left it and still show up today as $10, no more queuing or fighting for it. Well, it worked here in WA, I've got a box for lunch.
I also did the same and was able to edit the cart without loosing yesterdays promo, added todays promo to it then removed it and still got 30 wings after adding and removing other things.

Also have it in cart but cannot check out. I saw I would've been able to check out earlier in the day. Double whammy, absolutely livid.
My x2 15 wings, I opened KFC app just after 10am(my locals opening time) and hit checkout and payed, didn't collect til hrs later(time in my screenshot above).
I also had the same offer added to another accnt on another phone, it was payable at 10am, but by 4ish pm it was still there just saying not avail for pickup regardless of the store I selected.
Kfc just wasted my time… the app is not allowed to order
