I bought this book at launch too. It’s worth it if you’re looking for unconventional productivity strategies. Don’t expect life changing advice, it’s pretty much his YouTube content compiled into a single book. But I wouldn’t say the content is rubbish. They do help, just not in a way where you’ll immediately see big gains

It's not a bad book. Didn't change my life in any real meaningful way. I did get one good takeaway out of it which has stuck with me which was, 'what would this look like if it were fun.' Helps when I'm in some horrifically boring meetings or doing kind numbing work.
I bought the book at launch. It has some useful stuff in it. It’s mostly a 300 page summary of the key messages from his YouTube channel. If you’re into productivity, it is worth the $12. If you’re not into Ali and his content, then save your money.
