        Consumers are warned not to deal with Deluxe Products Pty Ltd (ACN 102 989 097) trading as Luxo Living (Luxo Living).

        Luxo Living is a furniture and homewares retailer operating through the website https://www.luxoliving.com.au/ and from retail premises located at 160 Newtown Road, Wetherill Park NSW 2164.

        Since 10 January 2020, Fair Trading has received complaints from 200 consumers dealing with Luxo Living. The majority of the complaints appear to be unresolved. Consumer complaints include that goods ordered and paid for are:

        • faulty or defective
        • not of an acceptable quality
        • do not match the description/image published on their website, or
        • not supplied.

        Anyone who has dealt with Luxo Living and is not satisfied with their interaction is urged to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading online or call 13 32 20.

          dealt with this mob before and terrible experience. Took me 4 months of emailing and ACCC lodgements before getting a partial refund.

          • @mecheapo2014: Same here. ACCC and PayPal and a lot of back and forth to get money back on faulty furniture. Avoid.

    Echoing @WatchNerd ‘s point, around 08 Feb I ordered a couple rugs from here, one in stock and one not- no dramas, happy to wait for the right design as per the pics.

    The one in stock didn’t get shipped out either though. Come mid-April, I get an email saying that the expected dispatch date of the order is now 09 June.

    Cancelled the whole thing because you know, principle and all lol but seriously.

    To their credit, they were happy to offer a refund of the whole amount quite early on….

  • I tried to claim their warranty and they are not even replying my email.

  • I ordered a super-king bed through this seller a few months ago. Was actually really happy with the quality of it and the experience overall.
    There was a slat missing which I emailed them about and they promptly resolved for me without any fuss.

    I was unaware of the issues others had experienced until now - my experience was great FWIW.
