I had an account with them last year . Do I need to use a new email or if I sign up again with my email that should work for cashback?
This is the worst VPN I have ever used. I constantly got banned from websites as I was considered 'suspicious', everytime I went to buy something it was in SGD (instead of AUD), I would be doing 30-50 captchas a day and it was very slow. They wouldn't refund me, so now I have a stupid account I'm not even using. Ended up buying Nord again. Nord is significantly better.
Don't have same use case here by the looks of it but surfshark worked well enough for me. Granted I'm not a heavy user, so I'm not watching Netflix from overseas for instance.
I agree, had a similarly bad experience, and won't use Surfshark again. App issues, kill switch not working, AU servers appeared to be in different countries consistently (above issue), etc….
