  • Is anyone still waiting for the cashback to come through? Met spend criteria around mid July.

    • Still waiting on mine. I also met the spend criteria in mid July.

      • they sure are taking their time!

Just got my cashback yesterday, account opened and met spending criteria early June

    • Wow they took three months

    • Did they email you about the cash back?

      • No email

Long wait here too. I'm going to neg this as a deal for this reason.

      • the t&c specifically states

Cash back will be credited to your account within 120 days from account opening if the spend criteria is met.

        • Sure but have churned cards with similar terms before and not waited so long then.

          • @circle9nine: So you neg because they actually enforce the t&c that you agreed to when you signed up? and now you're mad about it? lol

      • Yep still waiting

        • Just a bit unlike them cos they pay out the FF points within the same statement month. Must be getting stingier after stopping fee refunds and extending the exclusion period to 18months.

Just received my cashback. Met spend mid July so that's around 90 days.

  • I’ve just gotten 3 months of statements, made my $1500 purchase by 8th August. Still waiting on cashback.

Would the $300 cashback just be a credit balance in the credit card?

    • Exact same situation here, and no cashback. Frustrating waiting for it…

      • Well at least from the comments above it seems to be simply a case of them dragging their feet out to the full 90 days rather than like eg Suncorp who's system screwed in paying out points lol.

  • Finally got the cash back, like most of the others here it came pretty much at the last day of the t&c

    • Can you transfer the credit or it just sits on the cc account?

      • I think most banks nowadays lets you transfer negative balance out without treating it like a cash advance? Otherwise you could also just open up chat and ask them to do it manually.

        • Interesting. I just tried to transfer it to a NAB debit account and it gave me a warning that it's considered a cash advance and a fee will apply. I'll try chat thanks!

  • Still havent received cashback and waiting. In my opinion not worth it. It is what it is.

  • Feel like this is NAB getting back at regular churners.

First they extend the waiting period to 18 months, now they intentionally hold the credit refund until the very last day stipulated in their T&Cs so we cannot churn the card earlier. FFS

  • Seems $30/year is for the life of the card if you are existing customer according to the offer.

  • Just hit the 3 month mark on this, no $300 credit yet… They are really pushing it to the 120 days

  • Opened on 30/Sep, hit the spend required in first month. Just received the $300 credit after 106 days. Never again with variants of this NAB card.

  • Opened on 14 Oct, hit the min spend within 2 months, haven't received the credit yet.

  • Thanks for the feedback on the wait times guys, I was going to apply for this but will now give it a miss!

  • Got card 15 Oct 24. Met spending on 30 Oct. Received the $300 on 28 Jan 25.
