Cheapest I've seen for this set which has been relatively hard to preorder over the last few months, although stock appears to becoming available as release date nears this week (should be 28 June). Most pre order prices have been closer to $180, some $200+.

Perhaps a personal preference, but the mat design looks great. Probably end up being my mousepad. Note that it may be a large mat if it's anything like the Japanese edition.

    Well considering packs are like $2 in Japan compared to $8 here, you wouldn't be the only one avoiding it due to cost.

      Japanese packs have 6 vs 12 cards and are more realistically 300-600 jpy a pack, making the Australian price not too much more per card.

    Correct. I recommend the starter decks for anyone interested in starting.

    The packs are hard to find at the moment, reprints I think are coming soon for a few sets. Plus there's a set releasing on Friday.
