                    @King Tightarse: I agree totally. I have been using Shopback (and Cashrewards) for years without many issues. But, many recent Shopback transactions did not track. Also, didn't get any response for Missing Cashback Reports.

                    The 15% bank cashback showed up now. Apologies for any anxiety caused by my comment.

                    However, I still don't have any idea where that $0.16 tracking came from, if anyone has any idea please let me know.

    Will bank bonus still track if base category is 9% and/or using an unapproved coupon code?

    It used to, but someone mentioned that the rules have changed.

    I don't think @gotyourback is around any more.
    So, I will have to go by someone else's experience on this one.

      No. Unapproved codes will result in shopback tracking being rejected, and therefore your bank bonus will as well.

    Had a few successfully track and received the notifications a moment ago (Albeit I haven't received all of them yet, but usually I don't get everything until the next morning so hopefully they're still in the works!) but one of the Bank Bonuses has come through as a 'Westpac Bonus' at the reduced % despite using a St George card for every single transaction (I double checked though as I thought I stuffed up but nope!) so it looks like I'll be chasing ShopBack's tail again….

    I miss the days when everything went according to plan with ShopBack transactions!
