Just trying to withdraw and shopback android app says paypal is not available.
Used to working fine month ago.
I added bank account but the email verification didn't arrive after 1 hour.
edit: and still not after 2 days
so basically cannot take money out for me (if you already had bank setup probably can)
Anyone else has the same experience?
Yes they are not allowing it on my account either.

I have a open case which has no update for about one month. I overpaid $200 to shopback and Shopback agreed to refund the money back to me. There was no update after I provided requested bank details. Can you help to escalate this for me?

Hey Everyone! Yes at the moment there is a temporary pause on withdrawals via PayPal due to maintenance. We're working on a fix with PayPal. In the meantime, you can withdraw your Cashback to any other bank account. Your Cashback is safe!

Seems withdrawals via bank are taking longer than usual as well. I have followed up via support. Got withdrawals pending from 22nd of June.

My cashback withdrawal requested on the same day arrived 2 days later. It was unsuccessful via PayPal a week ago.
When deposit cashback to a bank account, SB system can verify account name (or the destination bank can verify it). In other words, when the name doesn't match exactly, the cashback withdrawal may fail. I think it may be the case here as I had experienced longer than normal processing period and failed withdrawal.

@Neoika: You don't need a real name for a bank transfer to be successful. Send yourself money from one bank account to another. Put whatever name you want and you'll see it will deposit just fine.
@Lucille Bluth: Till once that it does not work. Before the failed withdrawal, I did many times without issues. Probably reoccurring mismatch triggers bank rejection.
@CyberMurning: Didn't you have understanding issue? I said I have name mismatched cashback withdrawals for a long time till one time stopped working. Whether it is bank bounce-back or SB system new technology is uncertain to me. If the bank is more involved in NPP, it may be possible to do so now.

I had major issues and so got around it only by changing phone numbers
my purvpn (over $100) algo got delayed it says confirmed by 29/06 but still tracked until today. reported as delayed.
Happened to me as well, I logged a ticket and it turned into confirmed after a week or so.
But now I cannot withdraw the money. It's been more than 2 weeks, and still no sign of withdrawal processed.
I do believe Shopback have liquidity issue
I got all issues resolved. Changed email adress and enter new bank and withdraw.
Purevpn also got it at the end.

Yes, unavailable atm. My withdrawal was unsuccessful and received an email saying,
"We're experiencing a technical issue with PayPal withdrawals since June 12th. To ensure your cashback reaches you quickly, we'll be canceling your current PayPal withdrawal request today."
"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We're working hard to resolve the PayPal issue and will update you as soon as withdrawals resume."
