    Doordash is quite simply the worst experience I've had of these delivery cos, not only was delivery over an hour late but then the dasher (delivery person) couldn't get the app to scan electronic driving license ID (this is the official state app & accepted as ID everywhere). Poor guy spent ages trying, support said send a photo which would resolve it & hungup, nothing resolved then dasher is told to return the item to the store, I was like WTF. I complain, having got the item after 30 minutes of the dasher's time wasted & me running late. Doordash offer refund, I accept, 10 minutes later dasher is back asking for the item so he can return it. The customer service just ignore you or try to get rid of you as quick as possible before anything is resolved. The Dasher said he prefers Uber Eats & I can see why. Deleted account after this terrible experience, avoid these clowns.

    I wish DoorDash would add a setting to hide all the liquor stores… I cannot stand seeing them on my homepage. There was a banner that led me to a Google survey that I could "opt-out" of these type of stores but that was months ago and the stores still pop up on my home page and I even have banners popping up offering liquor discounts… seriously.

    I lost my mother to lung cancer because she was a massive VB drinker. Always buying the 6 packs or even a whole box of them so because of that I hate seeing anything "liquor" popping up as I don't drink. DoorDash is called "DoorDash Food Delivery" not "DoorDash Liquor Delivery" ffs
