          I can confirm first hand - it can hold double it's rated weight per shelf.

          After assembling them last night, I put my entire body weight across the top shelf, feet fully off the ground (why? I dont know! I just did!) and it was sturdy as could be :)

        If you look at the metal versions at Bunnings they are 150kg+ per shelf. Still for the price its a great buy.

      Genuinely held my body weight of over 100kg.
      The shelves didn't even notably flex.
      The flex in the legs were warning me not to move wrong, but at nearly double its rated weight, thats not bad.

    bad marketing. why would anyone ever buy such a short shelve for the garage. could be a good shoe rack or used in the garden

          Of course, gotta store things somewehere.

          Cups and plates are under the kitchen bench.
          Hdd's, paper and burnable media are under the computer desk.

          900 isn't that short anyway, thats standard kitchen bench height.
          They only fit 'under' my bench because I opted for 'tall' benches.

    Pretty much out of stock everywhere when I saw it 2 weeks ago. I picked up the 5 tier instead and it's been really good for the price. Officeworks have it for nearly double.
