I've done it twice and I think they took on the feedback. First time was just sent as a generic Woolies gift card email - looked incredible like a spam email so wouldn't be surprised if people deleted it. The latest one I did last year they sent out a text message saying the gift card was sent.
Also to add, the gift cards are only valid for 3 months, so use them when you get it. I remember reading heaps of people didn't and then complained about gift cards shouldn't have expiry dates, but these do. Some business buying thing
Last time, they didn't send at all and I had to chase up, coincidentally, it landed in my inbox same day with no heads up from them. Fortunately, I sent a calendar reminder for 6 months post. I get the feeling they rely on people forgetting about it.
They hope you forget. Then if you remember and contact them they might send it.
I signed up to this, what were the terms? Ie when do we expect to receive the cards?

Hope you have more luck than me trying to get the $70 cashback through shopback for a Econnex signup. Because it was a larger cashback amount I was so sure to make sure I did all the right things (no adblock etc) and even after appeal they denied it due to apparently not tracking accurately with a bunch of generic reasons why that might have happened.
didn't go via cashback in case i invalidated the gift cards
