Completely wrong target audience if you think people are going to pay $190 to freeze-dry 1.2L of breast milk. That's beyond ridiculous.

Who do you think there target market is?

My guess is the lactating only fans girls will be viewing this as the deal of the decade.

        GROSS

Am I missing something? Why pay hundreds for a "service" where they freeze perfectly good breast milk that your body has and does create for $0?

Oh and then this one: "We've got you covered with step-by-step guidelines on safely storing, rehydrating, and even incorporating your freeze-dried breast milk into solid foods, ensuring you make the most out of every precious ounce."

    Yeah that's a solid no

Not really a bargain, more like just using OzB for free advertising.

Rep must have thought this was OzFreeAdvertizing.com

    Homelander approves of this deal

  • guess its good for those who sell their milk to crossfitters. make a killing if its in powder form and they can mix it into their shakes

Great deal if you only drink the finest breast milks.

Can I just send punnets of raspberries instead to be freeze dried? That might be worth doing considering the cost of freeze dried fruit.

    From the website

If you have questions about a medical condition, always consult your physician or a licensed healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information you've read here. It's important to note that powdered breast milk is not sterile and should not be given to premature infants or infants with immune system concerns without the supervision of your baby's doctor.

There are no guidelines and insufficient studies to conclusively say this process is safe. Current research suggests there is a drop in IgA levels by dry freezing breastmilk which likely reduces the immune benefits from breastmilk. Additionally with the costs and environmental footprint of having to freeze, send by courier, process and ship back the processed milk and heavily packaged item is excessive IMO.

Whilst clinical guidance can change in the future at present I can’t see any doctors recommending this to patients say over freezing breastmilk.

    • Not sure how bovine colostrum powder is made, presumably this is about the same levels of degradation in terms of quality lost during processing? I can see the actual human milk powder being sold as a product at some stage, but not the service itself. The likely outcome is freeze-driers become very cheap and every household has one anyway. I’ve been interested in getting one to turn veggies into powder.

This just feels like advertising spam.

  • Homelander raid incoming

  • Influncer route is best for these services if you're advertising.

It's more an emotional pull to decide to do this.
