Credit to jimojr for the original angle grinder deal. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/850952 When I saw that, I went to look at the PWB 600 hoping for a similar deal on that. Unfortunately not, but I saw these deals and thought I should post them.

Just a note, the hammer drill in this kit is brushless, the grinder and the recipro are brushed.

There are a few other good ones as well.

For when you have a Bosch taste on an Ozito budget

  • How is green bosch compared to blue? I know Bosch exclusively stocks blue at bunnings which is for trade.

Green is for amateurs like me. I bought this kit for $167 in November.
Haven't tested the grinder. I don't think it comes with a disc.

      • Fair enough! Trying to decide which ecosystem to get into — but leaning towards going for Ozito brushless due to bunnings easy returns (and the green bosch aren't brushless)

Blue is their pro line up. Green is what they even call their diy line.

Think Milwaukee vs Ryobi for an example, owned by the same company (Techtronic Industries) but different tools

I have never used any Bosch cordless tools, but all the blue and the green corded tools I have had in the past, have been great. As is the Bosch green drill press I currently have.

  • I just bought a green Bosch jigsaw and it has less vibration than the Ozito so feels like better quality.
