Starting up? It was $40 after cashback, or $50 outright, a few weeks ago…

Yes. Since I first heard them in the 2000s. Man-child humour that just gets sadder as they get older.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one who feels that way.

      • +2

Me too. Even if i wanted the product, I’d have to really get over supporting the advertising. But i don’t want.

Hilarious that - as at time of posting - 4 people felt sufficiently butthurt to downvote Paintoad because he called them out. I get you stick up for things you believe in, but 2 mediocre manufactured celebrities? Weird.

    Junk.

    The Previous good deals were:

    $59.40 Cashback - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/845478
    $65 Cashback - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/847957

Could likely get sweet discounts as part of EOFY

If you need Disney+ then it might stack up

Just get a CCWGTV and forget this thing was ever invented

  • Made in China, and owned by Murdoch. The best OZB topics haha

      Sold by Gerry

    • I didn’t know it was owned by Murdoch. Thanks for the tip. Another reason I’ll never sign up to this.

    Stremio, Torrentio, Real Debrid

    • Amen brother

    • Can you please explain what this is and how it works if i just want to watch stuff on the TV rather than computer?

      • Yep check if your TV can install stremio.

A couple of weeks ago it was $49 and had free "3 months Kayo" and "3 months Disney+"

How is this a bargain ?

  • yeah its a circus - I got free hubbl offer + 3 months free Disney

  • I'll wait for it to be free.
    Then I'll consider it.

    • Then I'll consider it.

Only if it's hackable. And depending on the specs still may not even be worth it.

      • Nope! And I doubt it ever will be. It's pretty well locked down and therefore useless in a few years when hubbl gets abandoned

Murdoch & co new little toy probably not selling well.

So why advertise it more, it's rubbish just trying to cash in on streaming after they tried to deny it.

  • Why watch YouTube when you have FTA?

  • Had these been running android with the hubbl apps built in they may be worth some money, but they're not. It's a proprietary OS which is locked down so you're stuck with the apps they choose. Chromecast/fire stick/countless other android devices are the way to go. Wouldn't be surprised if the hubbl hardware is almost free within a year or two

Cant stand those 2 clowns even from back in radio days…

    Very dry and lame

Only laughs at their own jokes

    • It's normie / NPC "humour" sanitised for mass media. They're allegedly comedians but don't do standup or live shows last time I checked, just cringe scripted TV shows. Infuriating as it is they hit the mark with the mouthbreathers who tune in to midweek FTA TV.

      • Worse part they' re actually still pops up in ads or tv shows…. And still bringing the lame jokes.

Im not sure may be majority find it funny..and thats why they're still around.

    • Yeah. Lamish and Blandy.
