Pretty sure the 'secret sale' is available to everyone as long as they use the code SSSIX on the app.
This current secret sale is restricted to mobile app as they are trying to get more users onto it. This is the link to secret sale (I don't see flip 5 on the list) so I would only download the app if there is something there you like

I would give this a pass and just wait for a sale on the Galaxy s23 (Not FE) . You'll get a better Snapdragon (more power efficient) SOC instead of the second rate Exynos.
This is a $500 phone.
The $599 eBay one has only sold 3 pcs so far. Avoid at all costs. Wait for the S23 or the s24 deal before EOFY. Sellers are testing the market with undesirable items.

Even the S23 deals on Samsung store for EOFY are pretty weak in comparison to what they were offering a month ago.
My superficial researxg suggusts that the battery life on these isnt good despite the phone having a 4500mah battery.
I wish there was a samsung option betwen the $429 A55 and the $950 s23 that wasnt this.
