All time low for this game i believe, maybe not the best game esp compare with Forza Horizon.
But will keep my 12yo occupied for $36 bucks.

The first Crew was taken down by Ubisoft this year.
Just beware, the servers will be turned off sooner rather than later, and the game will be bricked.
Won't work offline?
Completely online. Requires an online server to even get into the game. There is absolutely no offline mode. The game can not be played when the online server is down.
What happened with the first The Crew game. Ubisoft perm shut down the online server for that game. All you now get is a message pop up when you start the game saying that it can't connect to the server. And that's it nothing else and you can't do any thing. The game is now completely unplayable as in it's bricked. I know because i got burnt as i bought The Crew on Xbox One which i can no longer even play. That game is now worthless. It's why i will never buy another "online only game" again. There has to be a single player mode in the game or else i won't buy.
So the same will probably happen with The Crew Motorfest some day in the future when it also over night becomes worthless when the online server is perm shut down. Because these sort of game companies just don't give a damn once they take your money.
i hate it, they could have let people host their own server instead of deleting it from user accounts, but gotta remember The Crew was 9 years old online racing game that anyone was barely playing.
Buy it now but, but as per the words of Ubisoft's director "players should feel comfortable with not owning their games" therefore you can be assured that Ubisoft will definitely make this game useless down the track.
Their attitude towards the original 'The Crew' makes me want to make Ubisoft comfortable with me not buying their games too.
Boycott online only games is the only way. You're completely at the mercy of the game company then if there is no single player mode and that it requires an online server just to run the game. Which is what The Crew was and also The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest. The whole The Crew franchise is the same online only.

Was looking into TDU2 last night. It looks epic and has so much more content than Forza and Crew series.
I never made it past the dreadful intro. I should give it another go.
