Gocardless is a payment processor business. Basically once verified, you will create a payment of $1000, pay, the money will leave your account in a day or two, and then get sent back in 24 hours. You will need an ABN and be quick as promo ends June 21. Must be 18 plus.

How it works:

1. Sign up and verify your GoCardless account using a referral link. (Verification takes ~24 hours) You do need an ABN
2. Process a total of $1000. This does sound scary, and it is. However, there are no transaction fees for the first 60 days.
3. Receive your $1000 payment back into your bank account (happens 1 business day after the payment is collected)
4. After 30 days, $400 will be credited.

  They are not under the directory of address provided

  So due to providing a unverified address, I Call this a scam

  Not a scam, but be careful. They debited $1000 from my account then banned my account. So working on trying to get the money back. Just be careful!

        They're refusing to refund me also.

        I recommend escalating to AFCA if they haven't refunded you. The more people complain to AFCA, the more costly it will be for GoCardless to behave like this.

  As with the user Nathrancey, they closed my account. This happened as soon as I created an invoice, the day after they 'verified' me.

  I run an unremarkable business, with actual clients and invoices.

  Their email notifying me of the account closure didn't even include my name, instead referring to me as 'Hi there'.

  I can also confirm that their registered Australian office is a cheap coworking space.

  If they attempt to scam me out of the processed payment, or the $400 reward, I will complain to AFCA and the UK equivalent.

  Be aware and read their reviews. This appears to be a common modus operandi for GoCardless.
