For 4080s- It’s $2788. Title has $1788- got me excited

    • Sorry… Big typo, apologies all. Thank you for spotting that.

      • Any chance of honoring the price for those of us that saw it? :P

        • +18

I wish… I will go bankrupt lol. Not a good way to go bankrupt.

Apologies again for the typo. If anyone orders and saw within the early minutes I will make sure to compensate with an Edifier freebie - either an MP100 waterproof speaker or a gaming tabletop G1500 speakers. Please email or message me about this.

    • I was legit frothing getting ready to buy it.

      • haha same!!

  • The $1788 price in title made my heart skip a beat…awaiting correction

    • Long day today, fixed.

  • Was rushing to buy at $1788.

Deeply sorry for the typo, if anyone orders and saw within the early minutes I will make sure to compensate with an Edifier freebie - either an MP100 waterproof speaker or gaming tabletop G1500 speakers.

All good mate, happens to the best of us.

    I read "Office PC … 7800x3d … 4080 …" and I was already determined to work there.

  • +1

That 5600G is great value for an office pc/light gaming/home server setup. The case fits 2 x 3.5" HDD for home server use

    • Yup!! Good for all-rounder stuff, doesn't restrict you :).

  • The office PC is $500 more than it says here

    • +1

Please use OZB_OSA_EOFY in checkout, will bring the price down to $448 :).

Any troubles please let me know!

  • A great opportunity to ensure you can start depreciating your build come tax time; certainly need a 13900k and 4090 for… faster document processing (to be solely used for business use, of course).

    • +2

I generally find the more CPU and GPU cores I have, the more WPM. Time is money; more WPM is more money!

    • I thought it’s been proven that you need discrete graphics to run windows. At least that’s what I told my wife.

    • +3

MS Team runs best on RTX 4090, 64GB RAM, Mech RGB keyboard, 4K Brio, Bose QC Ultra and 48" OLED.
The Bose Ultra is to block out the noise from all of the LiDAR robot vacuums in each room.

      • +1

Can confirm. But tech ages fast, I will have to upgrade to RTX 5090 to run MS Teams update next year.

  • +1

That's some mean office pc with a 4080

    • lol

  • +2

    Hi rep,
Any plan to offer custom built nas box?
    Cheers.

    • Cost is very high unfortunately and demand is little to the best of my knowledge. The OzBargain side of business is all volume based and we have to purchase in bulk to pass on the discount. I try my best to cater for the majority of the audience with our system builds to make it feasible.

    • +1

I would be interested. Something like the JONSBO N4 NAS Case would be great!

  • Found the 5600g on a A520 ,16 ram , W10 slowed down quite a bit after just 2 months of basically just home googling . Windows updates ? Prompting me to move to W11 ? Obviously not a techie to own this setup !

  • Never gamed seriously in my life, closest I got was a low profile 1050 card in a Dell optiplex 990. But been looking into the whisper AI speech to text stuff and understand that a Nvidia GPU is needed to speed up the processing. What bang for buck system should I be looking to dabble further?

    • The $2788 offer above is a good deal

    • Hey Legend,

Depends on your budget, the higher you go with these things the more capability it has.

    • RTX3060/4060 works. If you have more $$ you can go for higher end ones.

  • Good deal for the office PC.
OP, your description says "All necessary drivers and software installed", but it looks like Windows OS is not included. Could you clarify?

    • I get the impression an unactivated copy of Windows is installed, since they leave benchmark results on the desktop.

  • +1

Looking at this system for some gaming and mainly productivity (office applications etc), is it worth paying the extra $235.00 for the MSI MAG B650M MORTAR WIFI - DDR5 motherboard? Also any feedback on the Darkflash case that it comes with or is it worth upgrading to the LIAN LI LANCOOL 216 MID TOWER for an extra $150?

    Thanks in advance.

    • +3

No, it's not worth it unless you need the extra I/O ports on the rear and extra RAM slots. The Mortar board has a front USB C port to support one on a case whereas the base B650M Gaming Wi-Fi motherboard doesn't. It doesn't increase performance in general, you should upgrade if you need the extra features. DarkFlash case is fine, it's one of those good value good looking cases. If you'd like better airflow, PWM fans and an easier case to work on with better quality material you can go with the Lancool 216. It depends on your priorities and needs, most people opt for more performance-based upgrades like air cooler, RAM etc…

Any questions please let me know!

      • Thanks for the info. Is the Noctua cooler overkill to use with the 7800X3D as I see that they run pretty cool compared to an i9/Intel processors.

        • +1

It's overkill yes, you don't really need anything more than an AK500. These X3D CPUs run super cool and even with the base AG400 it's more than enough to cool them. You should get it if you maybe plan on upgrading to future-proof a bit more or if you want slightly less noise. The Noctua U12A cooler quality is night and day difference with the weight and bearings - of course at the cost of price haha. It depends on the customer again, personally, we use Noctua coolers for all our workstations as they're quiet and can still sneak in some demanding games. For a bargain and ultimate value, the AG400 is fantastic along with the AK500 for half the price of the U12A :).

    • Darkflash are pretty good cases.

  • +2

Highly recommend Nebula. I bought the same 4080 gaming PC system from last time around. Nebula team has been great with after sales support and also their warranty is longer than most others.

    • +2

Thank you @Qmar for your support!

  • What makes this better than the Techfast 4080 S 7800X3D deal? trying to decide which to buy. It seems that reviews here are more positive, however I am not sure why.

    • +4

      Hey Legend,

If you're price driven definitely go with them as they are the absolute best. We provide a premium service where there's a guaranteed one business hour response time and a comprehensive 3-year warranty. The couriers we use are only express ones and we have a working phone number, live chat and more. If you're local to Sydney as well, we provide local support and pick-up. We take pride in our work and build quality, that's why we provide the qualities mentioned before. Unfortunately, this comes at an extra cost that we have to factor in. If it isn't important to you, I completely understand! There's a market for everyone and unfortunately it's not feasible to compete in the low-end market all the time. We are already selling rock bottom haha.

      • Thanks Nebula,

Your advice is extremely appreciated. I believe that I'll go with Techfast, but I am really grateful that you took the time to give a reply. However, if you are able to provide a service that you can give me the parts in a box instead of a prebuilt, I'll go with your deal. I have always dreamed of building my own PC and a prebuilt kinda defeats the purpose. I'm willing to pay extra delivery to compensate. I was going to buy the 4080 flores.

    • +1

Personally if this deal was posted 2 weeks earlier, I would of chose this over TechFast deal, as this has 3 Years Warranty, and I am in Sydney so quicker delivery times and better support. But I have already ordered the TechFast deal and its due to arrive soon so too late to cancel now.

  • Why don’t you include the OS? was all stocked with the price then bam, another $160 (cheaper then in stores I know but still)

    • Unfortunately, we aren't able to install a copy of Windows unless a license is purchased due to Microsoft's licensing policies. Our hands are tied when it comes to that as it's not our software :(.

  • The Flores build looks good. Are there any downgrade options to remove RGB? I hate having my case lit up like a Christmas tree.

    • Hey legend, thank you for your kind words! You can actually turn off all RGB lighting with software in all these cases. It's the norm now for manufacturers, unfortunately. We can also just not hook up the RGB cabling for the case and it will never work, but fans will spin. For RAM/GPU you can also turn off the lighting with software. For the cooler you can substitute to the AK400 with no RGB :).

Let me know if that works for you!

      Lawrence

  • Still waiting for the low end gaming build with 8600g or 8700g

    • The price is a bit high right now, for gaming, the market consensus seems like a GPU is still a need. However, we're open to it!

  • When does the sale end?

    • +1

Until we sell out, our stock for EOFY deals are going super fast. I can’t give a timeframe unfortunately but if the deal is still live it means it’s still in stock :).

If there’s anything else we can help with please let me know!

  • @Nebula PC I'd like to get the Flores, but need to upgrade the RAM to 64GB can you reduce the upgrade price from $350 to $250 for the ram upgrade? I noticed few stores only charge $250 for upgrading to 64GB from 32GB, thank you

    • We don’t get a bulk discount for some SKUs and price gap is big for this reason. Our base model SKUs have the majority of the bulk discount as we stock in large amounts. For that upgrade we can definitely work out a deal for you and reduce the price :).

Out of the office at the moment, will sort it out! You can email me about this and I’ll let you know the moment it’s updated.

      Cheers,
      Lawrence

    • @bonbon done :).

      • Hello thank you so much, appreciate quick response. Btw @Nebula PC do you have any recommendation for the Machine learning, in terms of CPU ? do you have 4090 build?

        • No 4090 builds as they're very very expensive and stock is difficult. I think your best option is still the 4080 Super for best value at this stage. For CPU, this will depend on your budget. The higher you go the better performance. To my knowledge, most of machine learning is heavier on the GPU side.

  • Hello Store rep,
Im interested in your office PC. We are looking to upgrade five computers but would like to discuss some modifications to it (regarding a stronger/ more reliable power supply unit) and a different motherboard.
Can talk through DM's or email.
    Kind Regards

    • +1

      Hey Legend,

For sure, please email me at [email protected]. Happy to chat to meet your requirements :).

      Lawrence

  • Curious about the OSA computer with the 5600G,

Would this be sufficient to run minecraft? Just looking for a cheap but reasonable desktop for the kids and was interested in another of your offerings but this 1 comes out cheaper and if it's good enough then probably a better option for us at this stage.

    • +1

I think in general it'll be enough as long as you don't have extremely high expectations with ultra settings on 4K. It'll be fine on normal settings with no shaders on 1080P, it's averaging 160-180FPS. You can check out the benchmarks here - https://youtu.be/M1yCJFpOSaw?feature=shared&t=373

      • haha I'm not sure why but I am amused when you guys tell me it'll be "ok" and then point out it smashes out 160fps.. I grew up in the age of 24-30fps being fine for gaming (and the arguments that followed when higher frame rates became a thing and "omg your eyes cant see more than X".

Heck if I can chuck shaders on and it runs minecraft at 60fps they won't care at all.. they play on an ipad at the moment as it is..

        Thanks for the info :)

        • +1

Haha then in that case it'll be more than suitable! Just don't want to give you any misleading information as everyone's expectations are different haha!

  • Just bit the bullet on the Flores - PNY RTX 4080 SUPER XLR8 and selected Pick Up. how long does it take to build?

    • Thank you for your support!

Super busy period this EOFY, our ETA is quite bang on. Will be ready in around 7-10 business days :). Each order is meticulously handbuilt!
