  I had my last Amazon UK order shipped by Australia Post Global (APG ecommerce, not related to Australia Post, seems to be based in the middle east), who lost my parcel and then deleted the tracking number.

  The order is coming in 2 parts and the second bit was just dispatched also by APG so I'm not too confident I'll ever see it

    Same for me - was it for this one?

    My tracking number says it was coming from Italy, then went to Germany and then no update since.

    Customer service ended up refunding my order - they refused to ship another out at the discounted price.

      My order for that was dispatched yesterday and the tracking number currently exists asd has updates, so that is exciting.

      The order that was dispatched and then all traces removed was for an allen key set. I've already been refunded so can't really get Amazon to pursue APG, but will monitor this one closely.
