I normally purchase the EA Football games once every 3-4 years, because, well it's EA.

In any case, this is a great price and matches what Amazon is selling it for.

      Yes, and no.
      Obviously the same company, EA, but they didn't want to pay FIFA's extortionary fees… So dropped the FIFA name.
      But as in, is it essentially the same as the last 4 FIFA rehashes with updated teams? No, it's a whole new platform.

          I shouldn't have said 'new platform', but new mechanics and modes… unlike the FIFA19 becoming 20, 21, 22, and ultimately 23!!!

            @Snoop: Haven't played in years (first FIFA for me was WC France 98 lmao), it just got more & more technical and tricky, I prefer the older EA games (especially the TW Golf ones from about 07-09).

      FIFA 19 was the last new FIFA Switch game… 20 to 23 were just roster rehashes. But this is new(ish). New mechanics, playstyles, modes, etc.

          do you have a physical version? I am thinking digital is probably better for this kind of games, swapping out cards would be a bit inconvenient

            @bheart: Physical. Its the only game i am playing on switch so its all good for me. Yeah probably go digital if you have many physical games to swap around, and it has low resell value.
