Have this one for 2 years, still going strong. Easy to clean. Amazing deal at this price!!

    • Do you use the dishwasher? It claims dishwasher safe but it’s non-stick, so I always thought that wasn’t compatible

      • I don’t use the dishwasher, because I ruined my Kmart air fryer through that, so I’m too scared to risk it. Not sure if it was the detergent or the dishwasher itself though.

      • I would not recommend the putting it in the dishwasher.

I did it a couple of times (a year or so into ownership) and it definitely affected the non stick coating

    • I always skeptical with Air Fryer, do you use it weekly? What's are the common dishes u cook with Air Fryer?

      • +1

Air fryer is essentially a small fan forced oven that heats up quickly and doesn't consume much power. I'm going to bake some pies in it tonight and I use it for chips almost daily.

      • +1

My regulars are: lamb chops, salmon fillets, sweet potato chips, whole chicken, zucchini chips

You can also join the Philips Air Fryer Facebook group page for more recipes. Lots of people share what they do.

Cook anything and everything. If you have kids, the only way to cook each night. Chips and nuggets in an oven 40min, air fryer 12min

And nothing reheats pizza like an airfryer…..nothing.

This or Philips 3000 Series Dual Basket 9L Air Fryer XXL for $251.28
    https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/philips-3000-series-dual-…

  • Well timed as was just looking for a new one and was deliberating between this and the Philips HD9285/90 Essential 5000 Series XXL but not sure if the XXL is worth it for a basket size that is only 200g bigger in volume (and two extra cooking features I wouldn’t use)
