VXE Dragonfly R1 Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse $67.96 + Delivery @ Ausmodshop

100

Probably the most popular budget gaming mouse at the moment. Very good for claw grip. Price similar to AliExpress price however in my experience most of the R1s on AliExpress are preorders and I had to wait 1 month for my R1 Pro.
Specs
Sensor: PAW3395
Switches: Huano Iceberry powder (I believe these are recoloured transparent Blue Shell Pink Dots)
Encoder: TTC Silver
Battery: 250mAh 75h @ 1000Hz
Weight: 48g
Mouse also has web software which is a plus

Also available in white for same price.

Isn't Razer Death adder at $59 better option?

The mouse listed kinda falls under more of a enthusiast level where features like the weight, size and shape are heavily considered by people.

The Razer probably is gonna be your better bet for access to support, warranty, and if you aren't too picky, but they're usually way too big and not really well designed for the average person.

Not sure why you would downvote the deal when you aren't sure how it is comparatively.

Completely different shape/form factor, much heavier unless you do the foil + AAA battery trick, inferior coating, only 1k polling rate

Qualified is amazing on these, I have the pro max. Unfortunately not comfortable for big hands (21x11)

Decent deal but might need to be weary on this. I have one and when I move the mouse there's the tiniest bit of delay when I make mouse movements. It's tiny but I can feel it when comparing it to my super light and Zowie.
Rest of the mouse feels great though.

I bought the 4khz receiver as well but that didn't do it. Think the wireless tech is a bit lacking. Might just be a problem though with interference with one of my devices so your mileage will vary.

I think it may be an issue with your unit or setup as I haven't got any problems with mine and I haven't heard of anyone else with this issue

    • Is the dongle plugged into a USB port or into a USB hub? I had issues with a USB hub but fine with a USB port, ironically the same issue I had with a deathadder v3 pro (I think they use the same chip and sensor).

Motherboard USB port, tried the front USB ports as well. None of my other mice including wireless ones have this issue. I posted about it on reddit and someone else also had this issue.

        • Did you try updating firmware for the mouse and receiver?

          • @reactor-au: Firmware is up to date, it's only a tiny tiny subtle delay but it's there. Only thing I have to test is toggling the 2.4ghz off my router but don't want to do that just for this mouse even though it is good.

  • Can anyone tell me how this mouse compares to a razer orochi V2?

Conpletely different shape but specs on this are much better. If you like the Orochi shape then the Zaopin Z1 Pro is probably good for you
