Their app has been a little hit and miss since launch (for me anyways). You can always submit a missing cashback claim if for some reason yours doesn't track.
I have just stuck to their web-based version as I haven't really had an issue with that method.
Where do you see that click has tracked on the Web?

13.12% difference in what I paid and what tracked. I'll take a guess and say GST and perhaps they see transactions in USD and convert? 10% and 3.12% would sound correct if that was the case.
Is it fine to use the price adjustment feature after the order is tracked? Usually you can save another 10-15% just from price fluctuations but it wouldn't be worthwhile if it voids the cashback. @tightass

Did it in private browser window initially, then later thought it might not track because of that. Googled and TCB UK says not to use private browser. Cancelled order and reordered a few minutes before midnight in normal browser. Hopefully it works.
$110 order has tracked at $96 for some reason, must be something other than GST they exclude. At least it has tracked.
The one in a private browser windows tracked too, I cancelled it so that one should just get rejected in the end.
I paid $102.61 without using any voucher code, even the voucher code of $20 that Temu automatically applied (I ticked off that one). If I have kept that voucher code ticked, I'll pay $82.61 instead.
One of Topcashback terms and exclusions: "Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback."
So, I didn't use the $20 voucher code that Temu automatically applied (untick that). I checked my Topcashback account and $44.77 pending from that Temu transaction. If it's 50% cashback, it should be $102.61 - 50% = $51.3 cashback ?
GST is excluded, so it would be $93.28 ÷ 2 = $46.62, not 100% sure what the deal is with the additional $1.87 missing from your Cashback though, although Miss B did mention something similar with their Cashback
In Earnings page of Topcashback website, it says $89.53 purchase from that Temu transaction … But Temu order summary/receipt says order total $102.61
I suspect Temu sees everything in USD and the extra is a conversion rate percentage.
I'll give you my example. No voucher used.
Order total was $170.49, and only tracked $41.85
Reported on Temu was only $139.51

Out of 4 transaction, 3 tracked. Last one was close to 11:56pm. May need to lodge a ticket if it doesn't track today.

Did 2 orders. 1 on pc with chrome earlier in the day, another on mobile with chrome later at night. Only the mobile chrome one tracked.

I should also mention that I have purchased through Temu via TCB previously using the same method I used last night (Chrome, All Cookies Allowed, No VPN etc) and had no issues with that particular transaction tracking, same applies with CR and SB

Hi. Are you using the TCB app? My concern is you may possibly have an issue with your browser etc. I paste these tips in my posts which may be helpful:
For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost. TopCashbackAU must be your last click . Try our iOS/Android mobile app for great tracking results. Use our Help Centre & Contact form here for any questions or issues.
For this I was using chrome on desktop. No VPN or plugins. I don't like using Temu on mobile, have to dodge too many popups about getting the Temu app.
Out of interest, please check Chrome settings / third party cookies and ensure Block third-party coolies is not selected (you need to allow them for successful tracking). And set do not track requests to off. Also, please try a fresh version of Edge next time if you can. It's really difficult to know what the issue could be without actually sitting there with you. I don't have half the tracking issues with other major cashback sites, so whatever is going on seems to be TCB specific.

@toniyellow: Thanks. Are the tracking issues you're having for the same stores with CR & SB, or different stores? At the end of the day, we all use the same affiliate tracking links for the merchants, so it seems strange that if fails for one provider. Just trying to find possible causes/solutions.
@tightarse: For what little its worth, i have no chrome tracking issues with SB or CW. Use both regularly. I have a few successful TCB transactions also (most recent before this deal however was Pizza Hut in Dec 23). Unfortunately my order with Temu yesterday morning 10am has not tracked. My order via mobile chrome 11pm however has tracked. What's going on… beats me. But i guess i have to wait the 7 days and raise a case.

Have used CR and SB more than 20 times since March, including Temu, only issue in that time was one Shopback transaction that did track but without the bonus for using a St George card, and that ticket was solved in 3 weeks.
In Chrome browser - Settings - Privacy and security, I set:
✓ Third-party cookies are allowed
✓ Set a 'Do Not Track' request as Off
✓ Use secure DNS as Off (usually I put my nextdns customised link that blocks ads and tracking too).
✓ Usually I turn off my adblocker/vpn/nextdns and use Chrome mobile browser (does not have addons) for these cashback purchases (cashrewards & shopback too). Sign in first into Temu, Paypal etc. then sign in to cashback websites and start shopping. Hope this helps anyone next time.

I've had all my transactions track and confirm successfully while using the price adjustment through CR and SB.
I did read your previous comment, I do think TC will follow CR/SB but it just isn't guaranteed.
I don't think I will risk it considering the large cashback percentage. I'm curious, will you?
To be completely safe I'm not going to do it right now until it's delivered or cashback confirmed. They've marked my transactions as suspicious (despite shipping) and want to partial refund the difference instead of giving Temu credit.

@Clear: Weird. You think then that receiving the adjustment in credit or as a partial refund would make a difference? That makes sense.
I'm afraid confirmation will be way outside of the 30 day price adjustment window, if you choose to do it after delivery though I would be interested in the result.

Hi, @tightarse, my cashback hasn't tracked yet. I went to lodge a Missing Cashback claim and saw a note:
If you have purchased more than one item, Temu requires you to submit a separate claim per item.
I purchased 7 items (for one of the items, I purchased x2 units; so 8 items all together). Does that mean I have to lodge 8 separate claims? And, in the Purchase Amount field, do I put the order total or the price of each individual item? (I am guessing the order total, but I am tad confused by "Temu requires you to submit a separate claim per item."

I put a claim through on the 28/05 which went 'On Ice' and was answered the same day with 'We'll update you once we hear back from them' but at this point is there any hope of it being honoured and should I just return everything?
Once submitted, we’re at the mercy of the stores. Should be around the same time that if it had tracked. You’ll please just need to be patient as you won’t receive further updates until we hear back either way. Provided you did everything right (no code use, no tabs, no link pasting, no AdBlock, no Honey etc etc) and they can see it attributed to TCB, there should be no reason they won’t approve it. Reading from comments above, each item need to submit a separate claim
However, I only visited TopCashBack once, and after submitting the first claim
my 2nd claim can no longer select the same "click through" time

Hi @tightarse click history confirms I clicked through TCB at 27/05 11:55pm to make purchase at 27/05 11:57pm but when submitting last time shown is 11:48pm for my previous order.
How can I submit claim for untracked purchase? If click history shows the time, why that time is not listed in submit a claim drop down?
@amsaini15 I am sorry to hear it has not tracked on this occasion. It sometimes can take a little while for some transactions to be reported back to us by the retailers, but if you are still having this issue, then please private message us with your details and we will have a look for you.

I've submitted a claim due to no tracking, I'm disappointed as I've never had any issues getting orders tracked from other cashback sites, we'll see how the claim goes…

To be honest TopCashback is last on my list.
There is most times some sort of issue around tracking purchases.
Just be in a good happy mindset and don't expect too much haha
If it tracks you get your cashback,
it's a sweet little bonus and if it doesn't be happy & enjoy your purchased items as you've still saved plenty of $$$
This is not a good idea for sites like temu because who is buying at full price? If you buy at 50% off you need that 50% off.
Couldn't agree more, my couple of purchases in the past were never tracked even after following all the steps correctly.
About $80 just tracked from an order not long after the deal was shared!
