          • @PR0r: Need to just port out on time. For example, if you want to leave them in June, Port out by 31st May. I have never had problem being in and out with Circles.

            • @NPB: The 1st problem is that they do a credit check and do it as a post plan so you need the account number to give to the new provider to switch but here's the catch, they never give you the account number until you ask for it.

              Now onto problem No2. they have letters in their account numbers so some other providers only accept numbers so then you have to call the new provider to manually switch you sing the account number given by circles.

              3rd problem… no 5g and no MMS.

                • @73sam: 4g Optus network is good speed and plenty of coverage as far as i remember, but had allot of trouble sending messages because of the mms.

            • @73sam: Billing issues that they were incapable of correcting. I was billed incorrectly and was continually told they'd fix it, the next bill would come and overcharged.

                is it fixed now ? so you do not recommend this ?

                    right now they have very good deal 15$ 50gigs data..

      As someone who doesn't use Apple phones being on circles was a nightmare not being able to send pictures, had to have family members get WhatsApp or even email pictures….

  • Don’t buy this sim , one of the worst SIM card ever got I m still paying for the plan which I have cancelled and there’s no option for payment then u will get all surprise bills .

    No Network at all even if u check on their website it shows there’s network but in the real life there’s no network even in cbd area . Waste of money I m still dealing with them , there’s no one to answer customer service, you have to leave voice message and they never get back to you I have been still waiting for their phone call from one month , trying to contact them everyday leaving message but no luck . So I m wondering I will have to cancel my old number and get new one since they can’t help you with account number which they have in my bill is wrong one so I can’t move to other company and when I ask other company to help me they says u have to contact them to get account number . So I was stuck both side .

    • wow.. so dodgy.. is it even worth to get the credit check and no customer service to solve the issue..
      I heard lot of mixed reviews.. and people who are with this for a long time are happy.. now I dont know what to choose :(
