Should I Buy an iPhone from eBay

Hi, just wondering if it is safe to buy iphones from ebay. I know that ebay has buyer protection, but just wanted to confirm if this seller is reliable.
I've been looking for iphone 11/12/13 recently, so let me know if there are any current deals.

Amazon has change of mind returns 30 days on this, it's a third party seller but https://www.amazon.com.au/Apple-iPhone-Purple-128GB-Renewed/…

The purple is 100% baller too.

  • Yeah, 100% safe … there has never been any scams involving ebay, ever!

Legal advice: If you can afford an iPhone, you can afford to be scammed a few times to learn the legit avenues of purchase ;)

eBay is great for buying iPhones, but DO NOT buy from businesses selling large volumes.

You will get much better prices and a better quality phone buying from an individual. Be very weary buying from a seller with an account with under 5 feedback, or created within the last 12 months. Also do not buy from overseas.

Set your item location to “Australia Only” and sort by “Time: newly listed” - all the good deals will generally be bought within a few hours of listing time. Select “Advanced” then check the box for “sold items” then hit “search” to see what prices are actually being paid for each model.

        haha. I bought the 12 Pro 512Gb 😀

I completely agree, this is the way to go.

Check the images carefully - make sure you're happy with the condition, and you can assume anything not pictured or mentioned may not be good. If they're stock Apple pics, move on.

Was it a second chance offer?

  • I wouldn’t risk it.

  • in march i bought an iphone 12 128gb for $429 from this deal

worth waiting for ebay code for refurbished electronics and then buying

    • Ditto. Very fast delivery by Greengadgets and the iPhone 12 mini was in superb condition

  • You can buy either renewed in Amazon or refurbished in eBay from seller Green Gadgets, they are awesome. I bought 4 devices from them.

  • For refurbished phones I've used https://reebelo.com.au/ and they are good.

  • Should I Buy an iPhone from eBay

    Not in 1000 years.

  • Buy from individual. Check how they take care of their device. The one keeps their 4-5 year old device in immaculate condition, with brand new assesories and the original box are usually good. I am one of those. 😆
