I think due to weekend reason, track bit delay
Mine tracked including westpack, not for my wife.
Mine finally got tracked after 1.5 days. And there’s a 2% bank bonus for orders between 13 and 19 May in addition to the 30% bonus for orders on Friday, so I ended up with getting 102% cashback!

Both normal and westpac tracked last night
Has everyone's pizzas tracked? People rarely post follow-ups to their initial NO TRACKING!!1!1! posts.
Pre-ordered for wednesday night, no tracking for me yet. Considering cancel order.
Main transaction tracked 2 days later (Sunday). Bank bonus has not tracked as at 4 days later (Tuesday).
ShopBack still hasn't honoured the bank bonus on their 6 April Pizza Hut deal. For that, main transaction became payable after a month. It's now 6 weeks of follow-ups and ShopBack is so far refusing to pay the bonus for using the promoted bank card.
Same westpac not tracked as yet :(

St George bonus has not tracked and Shopback has to maybe 2nd only to Uber Eats in terms of customer support…
Not bothering again with bank bonus - multiple brands haven't tracked, rep doesn't care, support doesn't answer and it's getting tiresome.
Westpac didn't track, st George didn't track 2 times before. Will not do any pizza hut cash back offers
Is it possible to lodge a claim just for the westpac cashback? Received the shopback cashback ok.
Thanks might have to try through the email. Normal process has no report option as it tracked the 70% cashback

Both tracked - Westpack tracked 40 minutes after the Shopback one.
