  For those of you who use these to buy Coles Myer GCs - can you add a random value of your choice?

  I got on the 6% ones during BFCM, and I had to get a tank of gas for the BBQ @ $79 (new tank)
  I stupidly did $20 on a CM GC, leaving a $1 balance on the $100 Shell card. I didn't think to ask if I could add $21.
