  • You have any free shipping codes for other items?
Was looking to buy a Blu-ray burner but shipping eliminates the savings :(

    • Sorry blackrose, we're working on more cost effective shipping options for smaller items! As for codes we usually post them on our Facebook page at facebook.com/cplonline but none for free shipping at the moment.

      • No worries I better like your facebook page then lol :)

  • 239 or 329 ?

quote pls - plus ram upgrade minus the HDD

    • Woops, Good Catch, it is definitely $239! In this case the sale price is only valid in that configuration. Any additions you would like to make would be fine =) but unfortunately we can't remove or downgrade any components and keep the %25 off.

Decent price :) $217 from PCCG, excluding case/psu, assembly and postage.

    • Thanks viggenn =) with the case, power supply and assembly included I'm sure you'd be looking at about $300 at the least.

    • I dont think this one includes shipping

I rather go with one of Dell's DFO computer for similar price.

  • What's a good budget graphics card that people would recommend to go with this?
    Not looking for anything hardcore.

    • Hi unco, depends really on what your using it for. For simple multimedia use the Gainward GT210 for $27 is good value.

      • It's for a mate who wants to play CS:GO and that's it.
Would something like the Gigabyte 1GB GT630 be enough considering CS:GO isn't that graphics intensive?
How much would it cost to add that to the deal? Thanks!

        • For CS:GO I believe the GT630 would handle it at mid range resolutions and settings and that would be an additional $67 for the gigabyte model. If your looking for higher settings and resolutions the GT640OC would be a safer bet at $95.

        • Thanks, I'll pass that info on and see what he says.
How does he go about buying it with those additions on it? He's interested in the P8H77-M motherboard upgrade you mentioned below too.

        • No worries =) if your looking to customize it beyond the options listed on the website you can just give our sales team a call or come into either of the stores and order it over the counter. http://www.cplonline.com.au/contactus

Sent an email to the Notting Hill store :) my mate figured I'd already done most of the questioning here so I may as well purchase it on his behalf haha.
          Thanks for the great communication!

        • Just wanted to update for everyone that I put the order through close to 5pm on Thursday, my mate went to pay a deposit for it straight away and the pc was built and ready for pick up Friday.
          Excellent service and friendly bunch!
          Thanks :)

    • If you don't want anything hardcore, then the Intel graphics is fine (ie: are you doing anything more than viewing web pages and downloaded videos?
The GT 210 is a good option or ATI 6450 which is fanless and gives you HDMI
The intel graphics will be fine for retro game emulators (NES/Mega Drive) etc.

  • Does this mobo have the Intel HD 4000 graphics gpu?
    What PSU is inside?

What would the upgrade costs be for:
    - base Core i3
    - 256gb SSD?

Edit: Also, just realised the mobo is SATA2 and doesn't have USB3. Upgrade price to get those features?

Hi there altas, the i3 3220 would be an additional $74.
A 240GB SSD upgrade would be $111 for the Sandisk Extreme.
The current power supply is a 500W Astronix.

I believe the GPU is built in to the CPU in this case which is detailed here - http://ark.intel.com/products/53418/Intel-Celeron-Processor-…

As for a motherboard with Sata3 and USB3, the P8H77-M has 4x USB3 and 2x SATA 6GBs ports and would be an additional $12.

      • Hey guys, that motherboard I mentioned above was actually the wrong model for the price, any orders already placed we will honored for the price but it would actually be an additional $33 for that model for any new orders. The good news is there is a P8B75-M-LX with SATA3 and USB3 for only $10 upgrade.

  • A 240GB SSD upgrade would be $111 for the Sandisk Extreme. wish i could just buy one of htem at that price lo

    • That's because it is an upgrade from the 1TB HD. How much is the 1TB HD?

  • How fast is the turnaround time and ok to pickup during business hours? Pretty awesome price for pre assembled PC

    • Thanks peter! Turn around time is 24 hours for assembly from deposit or payment. Business hours 9:30 to 6:30 Monday to Saturday, 10:30 to 6:00 Sunday.

      • How long are you planning to run this special for? what are your christmas trading hours and do you have a shutdown?

        • The promotion has no fixed end date. It should be at least a few days if not longer depending on how successful it is and if we can keep up with stock & demand.

Our Christmas trading hours are usually as per normal with limited hours Christmas and New Years Eve and we are closed New Years, Boxing and Christmas Day.

  • Very good price! thanks!

But unfortunately I got one similar model recently.
