Dell KM7321W Premier Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo $99 + Delivery ($0 SYD C&C/ mVIP) + Surcharge @ Mwave

140

Was in the market for a new keyboard after 8+ years and did a search on ozbargain to see that this had good reviews. A very premium feeling keyboard which I am very happy with. I ended up price matching with JB as it was just easier for me.

  • Can both keyboard and mouse be multideviced?

    • +2

Yes, I have it and I can connect with tv, laptop, desktop. Both keyboard and mouse work on all three devices

seems like up to 3 devices (1 with dongle 2 with BT)

    • +2

Yea both can be connected (1x dongle m, 2x BT). Connections can be toggled using a physical button on each device, they work independently so you can have the keyboard on one device and the mouse on the other.

      • Does the one dongle handle both keyboard and mouse?

        • +1

Yes, the dongle does both mouse and keyboard.

  • Bought this a few years back. Keyboard is very nice to type on. Similar to an apple keyboard. Never used the mouse. Eventually sold it to get the backlit Logitech mech keyboard

  • Terrible for left handed people :-(

    Stupid RH mice lol

Time for a visit to the Leftorium!

I have it. It's still a bit laggy. Worse by bluetooth. I purchased a usb cable to make a dongle too and it's better but still a bit laggy

    • i haven't had any issues yet fingers crossed

    • I can say the same. Receive this keyboard as a standard at my office (partnership with Dell). Return it to IT team, and request the wired one.
Lots of coworker still using this, I guess the they didn't bother with the micro lag.
Never try the mouse, as it is too small for my hand.

      • Funny thing is i had the model previous to this and it worked better lol

Not sure what the latest model is like it's $200

  • I bought one last week. Price matched @ jb with mwave and used a $10 discount I got from JB for birthday to bring it down to $89.

    Overall happy with it.

I use it to switch quickly between personal desktop and work laptop. The desktop bluetooth (I bought a bluetooth card) is a bit laggy so I use the USB receiver for that. I think this is because the desktop is under the desk.

Bluetooth on the laptop which is on the desk works fine. The hotswitching is responsive. I was looking at logitech alternatives first but they were more expensive. The dell build quality feels better too.

  • Does anyone know if it there is an option to have two usb dongles, my home PC does not have bt and on the work laptop I already use bt for the headphones.

    • on the work laptop I already use bt for the headphones.

Bluetooth isn't limited to a single device - you can connect headphones and a keyboard and a mouse 👍

is this a MX Keys knockoff?

    • looks like a pretty average keyboard with laptop style keys
also looks more like the apple magic keyboard to me
mx keys is a bit ugly
