    I regretfully purchased this item without reading comments from more informed ozbargain members here.
    Even though I have received acknowledgement of payment and Tracking Number, Australia Post has no record!!
    I have messaged the seller without reply.
    Delivery is also now past the advertised 7 day delivery date.
    Can you actually assist as offered or should I request cancellation and stop payment via my bank,MCard?
